FATAL: Module loop not found.

Edit:

# grep -i loop /boot/config-`uname -r`
Code:
CONFIG_BLK_DEV_LOOP=y
CONFIG_BLK_DEV_CRYPTOLOOP=m
CONFIG_XEN_NETDEV_LOOPBACK=y

The loop driver is built in the kernel
