old install need update

I run an older version of ISPConfig on Fedora Core 6.

1. how would I upgrade ISPConfig, or is it worth it?

2. How hard would it be to backup my existing 20+ virt domains + email then upgrade to fedora 9 (or CentOS) and new ISPConfig, then restore?

1) Just download the latest ispconfig version and rún the setup script.
