Post Move ISPConfig to New Server

Setup: Ubuntu Server, Hardy; Up-to-date ISPConfig

What's the best way to migrate an existing ISPConfig setup to a new server? Tips, Tricks? Hints? Things to watch out for? Has anybody tried this?

Migration would include a change in IP address.

TIA

Paul
