Problem: FTP gives me wrong directory

Well first of all: I got Ispconfig up and running and it is quite good, but I have a minor problem:

when i login with ftp i get into this directory:
/var/www/web7/user/web7_erichheil

but when i try the adress i get the index.html of this directory:

/var/www/web7/web

So anybody got an idea

PS: Sorry for my poor English. I am not a native speaker...
