Default ISPconfig3, correct update procedure from svn?

Today I used the ispconfig_update_from_svn.sh script to update to r373.

Two questions where asked.. I assumed 'no' to both.

Reconfigure Services?
Reconfigure Crontab?

after testing the new database functionality I found the mysql_clientdb.conf had not been installed by the update.

What would have been the correct way to update?

Justin
