changed ip address - now can not get into ispconfig

I changed my ip address in the debian box and the ispconfig software. I now know I do not have to change the ip. I changed the box back and am able to putty into the server and also winSCP but I can not get into the ispconfig from the browser on the network. Were is the file for ispconfig that I need to modify the ip back to be able to bring up it up into my browser?
