It's possible to set the mail login (with outlook or other) the same as uebimiau?

Example:

I have a mail that is mail@domain.net with the user webXY_mail
If I want to configure outlook I must set the username "webXY_mail" to get the mail. It's possible to set "mail@domain.net"?

No, thats not possible because outlook can not query the ISPConfig mysql database to retrieve the correct username.

Can I modify the code of ISPConfig?

Shure you can, but i guess you cant solve this problem by modifying ISPConfigs code. Only if you write a complete new email system for ISPConfig that does not use linux system users would fix your problem.
