Default help with Pure-ftpd with mysql tutorial

Can someone help

this tutorial says to use apt-get install pure-ftp-mysql

however when i run this on debain it says pkg cannot be found, has this package been discontinued?

Also the tutorial says to edit /etc/pure-ftpd/db/mysql.conf however ive tried finding this file and it dosnt exsist either in this location or any where, is this created on install or do i need to create it myself?

My system is Debain 3.1 Kernel 2.6

thanks John
