Default proftpd problem not shown globbaly

proftpd: everything works fine at my local network..
im using my internal ip 192.xxx.xx.xx.but globally it does not show..while apache works ok

so my port forward its ok...
port 21 its open..

whats wrong??

any help?

Any errors in your logs?
Have you tried both active and passive transfers in your FTP client?

thanx a lot its ok know i fixed it the problem was on my router
