Help on migrate from courier to imap

Hi all,

I have one courier box with about 3000 mailboxes, username/password of users re stored in mysql table (with encrypt() function for password).

I wish to migrate those mailboxes to cyrus-imapd by using imapsync. The problem is I dont know the user's password !

So I want to create another instance of couriertcpd which uses another authmysqlrc (will point to another column password) and listen on another port than 143, e.g 144 for example --> this instance will be used to sync mail to cyrus.

I am newbies in courier, that box was setup by another guy in my department, but now he change to a difference department.

I hope you pro can help me. Here is my running courier instance :
