Default 2 mail servers?

I have a legit question this time...I think. I have a mailserver running on a seperate box (win2k3 server, apache2triad, xmail) along with my 5 websites that I host. I have setup ispconfig on another box (fresh install of fedora 4). will the ipsconfig mail server interfere with the other mail server as far as the ports being used are concerned? or do I need to consolidate to one mailserver? thanks in advance
