Default Adding IP Addresses

Is there a way to add IP addresses to ISPConfig after its installed? I added a few in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts, but they aren't showing up in ISPConfig. Thanks for the help.

ISPConfig controlpanel: Management > Server > Settings in the field "IP List",
one IP per line.
