Default Apache Not Starting in LIVE Help please

i tried to restart apache and this is the result.

Long story short, after my failed attempt at install .19 my awstats stopped working so i treid to reinstall that and when it went to restart it would not. Even though the .19 install failed all the sites were still working. But this did it in.

This is in live and my sites are all down

please help

Code:
 /etc/init.d/apache2 force-reload
 * Forcing reload of apache 2.0 web server... [fail]
Where are the logs to look at?

Updated Notes:
I tried restarting ispconfig here is the output

Quote:
/etc/init.d/ispconfig_server restart
Shutting down ISPConfig system...
/etc/init.d/ispconfig_server: line 66: /root/ispconfig/httpd/bin/apachectl: No such file or directory
ISPConfig system stopped!
Starting ISPConfig system...
/etc/init.d/ispconfig_server: line 45: /root/ispconfig/httpd/bin/apachectl: No such file or directory
/etc/init.d/ispconfig_server: line 48: /root/ispconfig/php/php: No such file or directory
ISPConfig system is now up and running!

unless you have custom logs elsewhere your logs should be in /var/log/apache2/error.log . You should be able to comment out whatever isn't working and start apache so your sites will be up, then troubleshoot the thing(s) that made it crash.

Theare must have been errors during installation as the complete ispconfig apache and cronolog seems to be missing on your server. Without the exact error messages from the compile output, its not easy to say what has gone wrong.
