Default Yumex through proxy

I have tried my all effort to change ./bashrc, yum.conf , yumex.conf to install softwares by Yumex (not yum directly) through proxy. I am behind squid proxy server and till now i am unalbe to set yumex properly, I think there is some bug .. Plz make a detailed how to which deal with all prob,,,,
