Default Secure and Private Browsing with Squid

I have a question about the Secure and Private Browsing with Squid tutorial (http://www.howtoforge.com/linux_secure_browsing_squid). Where's the configuration file that Joe's talking about? I think it isn't mentioned in the howto...

Thanks,
Bernd

Default

On Debian, it's /etc/squid/squid.conf.

The config file that comes with Debian is 3400 lines long.. so you can see why I didn't include it in the howto.
