Default [error] mDPRLD is empty, not checked

I have no idea what the error message is and I have not gotten one of these yet. I tried to search but no luck. Can anyone give some kind of insight as to what this is and how to fix it? This error appears while I'm instaling something or during an upgrade.

PHP Code:
24:procps                 ########################################### [  9%]
/sbin/ldconfigFile /usr/lib/libkdeinit_kwin.so.#prelink#.mDPRLD is empty, not checked.

25:udev                   ########################################### [  9%]
TIA
