Default Multiserver and APIs

Hi,
let's assume a multiserver setup with 3 webhosting server, 2 databases and 2 mail servers and 1 ispconfig panel.

I would like to create a standard hosting account (composed by 1 email, 1 webspace, 1 database) through API. I'll execute the API command with ispconfig panel's soap endpoint.

In this case, how services will be distributed across cluster? On which database will the DB be created?

In the api call there is always a parameter server_id in the params array, this id identifies the server were you want to add the databse, website etc.
