Default How to remove backups generated through ispconfig

I'm using debian 6.0.6 with ispconfig.

I've tried to use the backup system present inside ispconfig, and it works fine. The problem now is that i've two backup and want to remove them.

I've tried to disable backups, but they won't be deleted, i've also tried to delete files inside backup/ directory of website.

What to do?

Greetings
