Default Multihosting - best practise

Hello, I'm trying to setup multihosting for one user, but it's problem with setting quotas because if I setup web quota in user profile, it has no effect. It has effect only if I set quota on website create page. But this is problem, because I can't set global web quota for one user. Everytime if user create webpage, I must set web quota. Is there any way to create shared space limit for all user websites? If not, is there any workaround? Thanks!
