Default Transfer domain query in local network?

Hi, have an crazy idea. But dont know if is possible.

Have and public IP: 77.77.77.77 (example)
On this IP have an A dns record like some.there.tld points to 77.77.77.77

on 77.77.77.77 is mikrotik with NAT:
77.77.77.77:80 -> 192.168.0.10:80

on 192.168.0.10 is WIN2K8 with XAMPP and virtual hosts.

So idea is:
add another A some2.there.tld to 77.77.77.77

And it is possible say to WIN2K8 that some2.there.tld will points to 192.168.0.11 (another PC with WEB)

Can I do that by virtual hosts on WIN2K8?
The domain some2.there.tld must work from world.

I know this is crazy. But it is possible?
