Default Awstats conf being reset

Changed the Awstats config file for a domain - awstats.example.com.conf adding the "SkipHosts" parameter so that it doesn't include my development logins in the stats produced.

Yesterday checked the stats after cron.d ran and surprised to see my IP address logins from the previous day still there. Had a look at the awstats.example.com.conf file and the SkipHosts parameter had disappeared. So I made the changes again adding SkipHosts. And now the SkipHosts pararmeter has disappeared again. Does ISPConfig regenerate the website specific awstats conf file everyday?

Default

Also noticed that one of the awstats results seem to be a day behind the rest. Thus exampleA.com/stats give results for the 12th March, whilst exampleB.com/stats only shows results up until the 11th. Really wierd.

Tried SkipHosts in awstats.conf and none of them ran.
