facing problem, while installig postfix mail server

I want to install Postfix mail server on my 12.10 Ubuntu server I'm unable to receive same output as given below. I'm following instructions given at link at "http://www.howtoforge.com"

Please post the URL of the tutorial you used.

The output looks as if you didn't rebuild Postfix.

And,I am performing all the steps very carefully, I don't know why even then I am facing such problems

Did you see any error messages when you followed the tutorial?

No, I didn't receive any error message, while following steps given in this tutorial. Till this step everything works fine.
