apt-get upgrade on ispconfig 3 stopping at ClamAV

Hey all I'm trying to upgrade my Perfect ISPConfig 3 12.04 server and when I run apt-get update && apt-get upgrade, it stops at ClamAV trying to update and I'm not able to proceed without escaping out, thus stopping the upgrade. See attached screenshot. Hope you can help.

have you tried with

sudo apt-mark hold clamav && apt-get upgrade

?

Apt shows you installation notes, it will proceeed after you closed the notes. Press the "tab" key on your keyboard, if this wont help, press the key "q".

Thank you, pressing q allowed it to get out of the readme and continue the updates.
