Rebooting Apache with ISPConfig
Is it possible to restart my Apache server from within ISPConfig (running 3.0.4.6)? (instead of going thru a command line)

There is no way to currently do this in the control panel. It has to be done through the command line. There is a feature request in the bugtracker. Maybe you could go vote for it?
