Question hanging by "shuting down Name Service Cache Daemon"

Hello
i follow this tutorial .
on the page 2 at the end it copy all the file and then it will reboot.
then it hangs with the message

why this happen and what could i do on this new installation?

Not sure why this happens, but have you tried to power off the system (or use the reset button)? Does it boot normally afterwards?
