Default Perfect Server Debian Squeeze with Apache2 ISPCFG3 question
Just wondering if it is simply possible to replace libapache2-mod-fcgid with libapache2-mod-fastcgi ?

Will there be any problems when it comes to ISPCFG3?

These two modules use different configuration options, so if you replace it, fastcgi will stop to work.
