Xen On CentOS 6.2 (x86_64)

I follow this "http://www.howtoforge.com/virtualization-with-xen-on-centos-6.2-x86_64-paravirtualization-and-hardware-virtualization"
After reboot system,i got this mistake "kernel panic -not syncing:attempted to kill init"

system can boot with the second select "title CentOS (2.6.32-220.el6.x86_64)"

Have you tried to use the same options that I use in /boot/grub/menu.lst? For example

kernel /xen.gz dom0_mem=1024M cpufreq=xen dom0_max_vcpus=1 dom0_vcpus_pin

instead of

kernel /xen-4.1.2.gz

?

Do xen-4.1.2.gz, /vmlinuz-2.6.32.57-1.el6xen.x86_64, and /initramfs-2.6.32.57-1.el6xen.x86_64.img exist?

1.yes ，i did that,but got the same mistake.
