Default regenerate users and folders in the system

I move ISPconfig panel on new server, I copy database. Is it possible to gnereate strukture of folders in /var/www and var/vmail in automaticly way by ISPConfig panel or some script included in ISPConfig?

I want to do this because I had courier and now I have dovecot.

You can move the websites to the new server. Regarding Dovecot, I think you can move mailboxes from the old server to the new one like this:
