Default ISPConfig and VPS

Hello again,

Somebody could help me with this?

I have a Virtual Server with Ubuntu 8.04 and ISPConfig 2.x
I have a parking domain with nic.es and i would like to know if i can use my server and my dns for resolv this name server (nameserver.es) or i need and ISP cualified for does it.

I am very confused because i allways had thought that with a server and one public IP was enought.

Thank you very much friends
