Default Step by new customer+dns+website+email

Hi All:

When try create new website not see domain created.

Step i've used

1- new customer
2- new dns zone for this customer
that's all ok
3- new web site and not shown new domain created in dns

Who's the step for create from zero new client, dns, website, email? Who's the order?

When try create new website only show domain created early.
And send this error: "There is already a website or sub / aliasdomain with this domain name"

I need help.
I'm newbie in ispconfig
For 5 years i used ispconfig 2.x (great panel)
