Hello everybody

After fresh instalation of ISPConfig 3.0.3.3 on Ubuntu Server 10.10 email tab in control panel is empty. I have checked this thred http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/sho...t=51714&page=2 but there was no solution. Any ideas?

Check your server configuration to ensure that you have not created a alias for "mail" somewhere in the apache config files.

Off course you were right - I have created an alias "mail" instead of "webmail". After changing this in apache config everything works fine. ISPConfig is still the best !

Hi guys, I think I have the same issue. Please check the attached screenshot. What I didnt understand was the alias location. Where is this "alias" declaration located, in which file/folder? Is it somewhere in ISPConfig panel or in in the systems files (httpd.conf perhaps ... ). Please help me as I'm unable to create new databases or new users.

BTW, I'm using ISPConfig 3.0.3.3, updated over 3.0 on CentOS 5.6 x64 VPS. No customization other than the ones mentioned in the "Perfect Server" tutorials.

This alias is not from ispconfig, so we dont know where you or the system admin that setup your server might have added it. It must be in one of the apache config files. Search for a alias "sites" in your config files and remove it, then restart apache.

If yes, please post the changes needed to be patched to the affected files here. Can't wait for 3.0.4 or risk another installation error from SVN ...
