Control/disable Apache logging for sites and server

Currently the only way to disable Apache access and/or error logging is to manually edit config files in /etc/apache2/conf.

I would like a feature implemented in the ISPConfig web interface to control and disable Apache access (and possibly error) logging, on a site by site basis.

Another feature to disable logging on the the entire server would be a plus.
