Changing Distro (and moving ispc3)

Back on ispc2 we had a thread for moving ispc2 from one server to another assuming a reinstall of the same distro.

I'm on ISPC 3.0.3.2 perfect server debian lenny x64 mydns/courier and due to versioning and other reasons, I want to change my distro to Fedora 13(or 14) and setup using perfect server fedora 13 (or 14) x64 bind/dovecot.

Any tips on doing this migration?

I know I'll need to setup a new system and setup ispc3 fresh.

But then I want to make the migration of /var/www/* and any ispc3 user details simple like a backup and restore.

Does anyone have any step by step like we had back in the Moving IspConfig2 forums?

I'm wondering if it might be as simple as backup /var/www/*, mysqldumps, and backup ispc3 dbs...but I'm sure the dns server and mail server changes would screw something up.
