looking for a phpmotion tutorial

I want to install phpmotion on an ubuntu server so I can host a youtube clone for all of the millions of video clips that the teachers and students at my school have collected over the years. I have been looking for a simple guide and everything I find has gaps large enough that I can't follow along. Perhaps because they offer installation as a paid service, the developers haven't made a whole lot of documentation available. A how-to guide for this would be fantastic.
