I just have done a update from latest svn to stable 3.0.2.2.
Very bad Idea as this of course deletes the whole database. the svn version has more table and database fields, so the database of the svn version can not fit ino the database scheme of the stable version.

Is there any backup of the db before the update is done?
Yes. It is stored named /root/ispconfig_db_backup_[DATE].sql

They are not restored!?!?
Thats caused by the different database schemes. As you can not downgrade your server from svn to stable, you will have to run the ispconfig_update.sh script again and select svn to install the svn version again. Then you should be able to import the backup of the mysql dump with phpmyadmin (you might have to empty all tables first).
