Default Themes section

Could we have a seperate section under ISPConfig3 for discussions about themes?

(If so could you then move all existing theme related posts into that section?)

- we could have a sticky topic giving a guide to developing themes
- we could have a sticky topic containing links to themes available for download (i'd be happy to contibute one!)
