Preview new site not still visible for DNS updating

Hi.
How can preview new configurated web site, not still visible from your url www.test_test.com for DNS updating....

I have tryed address entering public ip of machine....but...: http://123.123.123.123/www.test_test.com/
or

http://123.123.123.123/web_1

or

http://123.123.123.123/web1/web/
..
