Default Domain Names

I guess been a web geek aint easy. I have just been able for the first time to register two domain names. Now i have the loggins (control panel) to manage the domain names and i have my owner server where i want to host the domains. How do i redirect the domains to that my server. for example i have mptafrica.com and the server name is mail.xxxxxx.org. So how do i tell the world that mptafrica.com can be found at mail.xxxxxx.org. Do i change the nameservers to mail.xxxxxx.org or i use the child name server.

My registrant is not so knowledgable and i am basically on my own

Pls help

best Regards

Either you use your own nameserver or you create DNS A-Records in the DNS server of your domain registrar that point to the IP address of your server.

Get ISPConfig support and the ISPConfig 3 manual from ispconfig.org.
