Default User able to change ftp hd quota!

Hi,

is normal in the menu sites ftp user Harddisk-Quota user is able to change this value??

The client is not able to use more space then the admin defined in the settings of the website. The harddisk quota value in the ftp user settings is only there to enable the client to set different quotas for his ftp users.
