Default fail2ban error

Hi all

What does it means and how could I resolve this:

Code:
2009-05-13 15:29:42,339 fail2ban.actions.action: ERROR iptables -n -L INPUT | grep -q fail2ban-postfix returned 100
2009-05-13 15:29:42,339 fail2ban.actions.action: ERROR Invariant check failed. Trying to restore a sane environment
Thanks
