Default how to convert lotus notes to outlook

Can somebody guide me how to convert lotus notes emails to outlook.

I currently have nsf file with me from my previous employer.

Please guide me, as I need to convert my emails urgently.

Apart from the legal stuff (are you allowed to use these mails?), migrating mail from/to Outlook works best when moved through an IMAP-server.
