what am i supposed to do?

hello all

i have centos 5 and ispconfig
ispconfig runs good and no error i encountered

here is my setup

i have one public IP
which is installed in my ISPConfig 210.14.38.146
that IP address registered as my ns1.tailinsubic-chatserver.com
ns2.tailinsubic-chatserver.com


on my ispconfig i configured on A Record

IP Address hostname
210.14.38.146 ns1.tailinsubic-chatserver.com
210.14.38.146 ns2.tailinsubic-chatserver.com
210.14.38.146 www

that is located under my DNS manager
DNS Entry

actually i want to point it this name tailinsubic-chatserver.com on this IP address 210.14.38.147 so i put this IP Address on the Management - >Server-> Settings--> IP List

i have installed fedora in other server machine so when you browse it must be seen the fedora apache. but its not...

then i created email account which is rsumookchat@tailinsubic-chatserver.com

my username: web3_rsumook
password: xxxxx

i dont know what is my smtp and pop3 i just used ns1.tailinsubic-chatserver.com and ns2.tailinsubic-chatserver.com

since i setup on my outlook i can recieve only that email but other email account i cant

here is my error:

You have to add a DNS MX Record for tailinsubic-chatserver.com in the authoritive DNS Server for tailinsubic-chatserver.com that points to the hostname of your server.
