Virtual Users And Domains With Postfix, Courier, MySQL And SquirrelMail (Ubuntu 8.10)

Have followed this guide point by point and when i try to login to the web mail interface i get this error:

Squirrelmail: Connection dropped by imap-server

What can i do to get it work ??

Any errors in your mail log?

Did you send a welcome email?

UPDATE: now i can get into the web interface, ... thats after i MANUALLY created the users mail dir under /home/vmail/domain/user

That mail dirs wasnt created by default, should be after i send welcome mail according to the howto

yes i did send welome mail ...

but now i have another prob.

i can use antoher account (like hotmail) to send mails to this account, but i dont get them in my mailbox, and the client who sends it wont get it in return ...so no error there

and i can send from the account to for example hotmail but the mail doesnt come there ...

so whats wrong then ?? port i fw or anything else ?? dont really know which ports to open, have opened for atleast port 25 ...

any help ??

What's in your mail log when you send an email to the server? What's in your main.cf?
