domain name change

I'll be changing my domain name on the server where ispconfig is installed. How will this affect ispconfig, and what changes do I need to make, or do I need to reinstall to keep from having problems later? thanks in advance

You should change $go_info["server"]["server_url"] in /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/lib/config.inc.php.
And then you should have a look at your settings under Management -> Server -> Settings.
