Default Upgrading to ISPConfig3

Hi,
we are small company using ISPConfig v2 and my questions are.

ISPConfig3 is said to be rewritten from scratch, what are the new features ?
Is there (or is there going to be) any conversion tool to help upgrading from old version to the new one ?
What is the release date ?

You will find some aplhas of ispconfig 3 to take a look at. Some features are also between the lines of this thread: http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/sho...nfig3+features

afaik there is no release date yet, but I'd guess it will be around next year.

As I read in the past, there will be an upgrade script but its not planned yet, du to a completely new structure of the system. But I'd guess that not 100% will be converted, but we will see.... at first ispconfig 3 has to come...
