Default Postfix - Emails being sent to spam folder (gmail+yahoo) - Help!

I am not sure what to do here. I have searched and searched and still have no clue. For some reason email being sent from my server is being dropped right into the gmail and yahoo spam folders. The real frustration is that many of my clients are not getting our emails at all!

Here is the header of an email received by gmail....any help is GREATLY appreciated!

Code:

Also. Make sure you have a correct SPF record for the domain(s)!

Quote:
Received-SPF: pass (google.com: best guess record for domain of email address removed designates 198.145.8.31 as permitted sender) client-ip=198.145.8.31;
One small other tip.
If you do not like spam, NEVER post you email address on a forum or website!
If you do like spam, you can ignore this tip.
