What about the databas from ISPConfig 2, can it be used in ISPConfig 3?

The multi server functionality has not been tested extensively and the installer is not able yet to do automatic multy server installs. ISPConfig 3 should not be used on production systems yet.

No. We will build a import script for ISPConfig 2 data later.
