Setting up quota in perfect Etch server - no setup

Installing the Perfect Etch, which directory should should I be pointing at to run

~# touch /quota.user /quota.group

as instructed in the perfect Etch installation? I've just found them at the top of the directory tree, having wondered why I should have been running the commands from the root directory.

Is this going to be straightforward to fix post-installation of both Etch and ISPConfig?

I'm asking here because this stage was pre-ISPConfig, during the server installation.

It doesn't matter from where you run this command because /quota.user and /quota.group are absolute paths.
