Default DNS: installing Master and slave dns server on debian Etch

Hello,
i have two server with debian Etch 4.0 OS, i want to install a primary (master) dns server on one server and a secondary (slave) dns server on the second server using bind9.

Anyone have a step by step tutorial on how to do is please.. because i am a newbie
