I followed the steps of the tutorial The Perfect Setup - OpenSuSE 10.2 (32-bit) and everything is OK up to this error message.

i try this
(for Edgy-http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_setup_ubuntu_6.06_p7#comment-3373) too:

>>rm -f /bin/sh
>>ln -s /bin/bash /bin/sh

but i get the same message.

but after install mysql-devel the problem still continue

From which directory are you trying to install ISPConfig? You can install it from any directory except /root/ispconfig and /home/admispconfig.
Please try to install it from /tmp, for example.
